- HCL visits Vidya Academy of Science & Technology on 28-Apr-10
HCL is intending to visit Vidya Academy of Science and Technology to conduct a campus drive for its BPO Division, provided there is sufficient number of eligible and interested students.
Eligibility Criteria: Engineering Graduates (2009 and 2010 pass outs). For 2009 pass outs the cut off marks is 65% marks without any back logs. For 2010 pass outs the cut off is 60% marks without any backlogs.
Selection procedure: There will a pre screening test done at the College prior to the HCL team visiting the campus. Students will be evaluated based on Group Discussion. Communication skills, clarity in idea, sentence formation pronunciation are some of the parameters on which the assessments will be made. The students selected through the prescreening test will be eligible for a paper/pencil test/ GD/ one-one session.
The final round of selection (HR and Technical Screening Round) will be done at HCL, Chennai.
