Vidya Scholarships 2010-11

Vidya International Charitable Trust in co operation with All India Council for Technical Education, PTA & VIDYA Alumni Association offers the following scholarship awards (105 Nos ) to the meritorious students for students joining Vidya Academy of Science & Technology (VAS) in the Academic Year 2010 - 11.

3 Vidya Competence 90% Fee Scholarships for Entrance achievers B - Tech 3
  • 2001-3000 Rank holder in Kerala Government Entrance Exam.
  • Admission in Vidya College (VAS) through Merit Quota of Kerala Government Entrance Exam.
4 VIDYA - AICTE Full Fee Waiver Scholarships for Girls,

  • State level achievers in Arts / Sports events

  • Family income not more than Rs.1,50,000/- per annum
8 Vidya PTA Merit – cum – Means Scholarships by PTA B- Tech 1

  • Additional Requirements

Vidya Merit-cum-Means Full Fee Scholarship

The following documents should be submitted along with the application.

1. Income Certificate from revenue authorities.
2. Recommendation from Local MP / MLA or any Vidya Trust Member, certifying the eligibility of the applicant.

  • Fee Exemption

Awardees of Full Fee Scholarship will be getting Full Fee Exemption.
Awardees of Half Fee Scholarship will be getting Half Fee Exemption.

  • Hostel Facility

For deserving students of Full Fee Scholarship winners (Vidya Merit-cum-Means Full Fee Scholarship, Vidya Excellence Full Fee Scholarship for entrance toppers, Vidya Merit-cum-means Full fee Arts & Sports Scholarship) from outside Thrissur District will be provided free boarding & lodging, subject to availability.
