Vidya is now using Google Apps Education Edition for the staff to keep connected. Every user gets more than 7 GB free space for storing their mails. This service is absolutely free for colleges and universities.
Enter the Username / Password
The user name for login will be the same as in the old Vidya mail. Password is same as the user name.
Eg: Username : kaushik
Password : kaushik
Note: If the username does not contain 6 characters, password will be "username123"
(i.e. add 123 with your user name).
Eg: Username : shali
Password : shali123
Enter the verification code (if necessary) displayed after login.

This user name & password should be given in the “Authentication Required”pop-up window while accessing Internet.
All staffs / students are requested to use their own user id / password and NOT share their credentials with anyone.

Docs services allows the user to create and share Documents, Spreadsheets, Presentations and Forms online. Username and Password are same for both Vidyamail and Vidya Docs.
