Vidya Academy of Science & Technology has a multi dimensional vision for research.When local problems are brought to our attention, they are analyzed and solutions are generated. This is mainly done at the mini-project level in the under-graduate years. However, research for the community well-being also merits our attention and bodies like NSS- Technical cell help in data collection, categorization and analysis and working on the solutions. Applied research is encouraged at the final year level in problems identified by the students and their guides. Many of these ideas are converted to generate start-ups which the college is all geared up to incubate.
