Anxiety and stress are the inevitable terms which come into our mind when we think about exams, especially during this pandemic situation. This talk aims to motivate and guide the students to face the forthcoming exams with extreme confidence without being much affected by anxiety and tension. The students will be able to acquire the necessary soft skills which is very crucial in attending the exams during this pandemic season. The details of the Programme are given below,
