MCA Dept conducts add-on-course on Web Hosting

The Department of MCA has organised an Add-on-Course on "Web Hosting Management" for all fifth semester MCA  students (2019 admissions batch). The course was conducted under the auspices of the Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) of Vidya. A total of 55 students attended the course.

The course, having about 15 hours of fully hands-on sessions, was designed to fill a genuine gap in the syllabi of Computer Science/Computer Applications programmes. The syllabi does not cover the actual hosting of a website in a real cloud space. The newly developed add-on course is designed to fill this gap. A special attraction of the course is that each participant will get unlimited space to learn, study and experiment the concepts talked about and demonstrated in the various sessions.

The course was conducted in two sessions: 25 - 26 November 2021 for the first batch and 2 -  3 March 2021 for the second batch. Mr Sajay K Rand Mr Dijesh P, Associate Professors of the MCA Dept, served as the resource persons for the course.
