Vidya proud third place finish at YIP 2025

The Young Innovators Programme (YIP), launched by the Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (K-DISC), is a unique initiative designed to nurture the next generation of innovators. The program encourages young minds to develop innovative products, services, or solutions that address emerging societal needs, unmet challenges, and market demands through creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.

The Editorial Team of News & Events proudly shares the exciting news that an impressive 40 innovative projects by Vidya students  have been selected as finalists in the competition.This remarkable achievement has earned Vidya a commendable third position overall, showcasing the institution’s unwavering dedication to nurturing innovation, empowering students, and fostering a culture of impactful problem-solving.

Mr. Anil Melepurath (YIP Nodal Officer, Asst Prof, ECE Dept) played an instrumental role in the successful execution of the process by extending unwavering support, insightful guidance and constant motivation. His proactive involvement, timely interventions, and commitment  significantly uplifted the team’s spirit and contributed immensely to the overall outcome.
