Online Fee Policies

Privacy Policy : Vidya International Charitable Trust  (owners of Vidya Academy of Science & Technology and Vidya Academy of Science & Technology Technical Campus) , Vidya Campus ,Thalakkottukara, Thrissur  - 680501,  considers the protection of your personal information important and shall take necessary care to safeguard your privacy.
If you decide to access the website, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Policy and Our Terms and Conditions of use. We adhere to the best of practices to guard your personal information with care.

Terms and Conditions for Online Fee Submission:-

• Online transaction charges are not part of the Fee. 
• The following transaction charges shall be applicable:
• Net Banking / Credit Cards / Debit Cards : As applicable
• All Fee rules as given in the Fee Card shall remain applicable.
• The Fee deposited through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking will normally reach the College account after two days. It is the sole responsibility of the students to ensure that fee is deposited to the student’s account before the due date. The College shall not be responsible for the payments refused or declined by the credit/debit card provider for any reason.
• The College does not guaranty the availability of online Fee Payment System every time. Penalty charges are applicable in case the fees are not paid before the due date. We strongly advice the students to remit the fee through Offline or Online Payment System before the due date.
• This service is provided by associate bank and secured by them.

Refund / Cancellation Policy :

Technical issue:
Any payment failures due to technical issues need to be investigated and the settlement processed manually. It might take 7-10 working days for the payment to be credited to the student’s account.

Multiple Payments Case:
Students shall notify the college of any duplicate payments made by error. Refund shall be processed as requested by the students after verification of bank statements. 

Other Payments Case:
In all other cases where there is a discrepancy in the fee paid, the parent/student shall contact the collete directly and the College decision shall be final.
