Women's Team crowned at Inter-Zone Yoga Championship
Vidya students embrace yoga in their lifestyle and have brought home numerous accolades.
The APJAKTU Inter-Zone Yoga Competition was held at St. Joseph's College of Engineering and Technology, Palai, Kottayam, on 8 October 2025.
With immense pleasure and pride, the Department of Physical Education is delighted to announce that the Women's Team emerged as the Winners of the competition.
With their outstanding achievements, Aruna R Menon , Amrutha S M and Krishnaja P S have been selected to represent APJAKTU in the South Zone Inter-University Yoga Competition 2025-2026.
