Vidya gets Aspiring Leader honor at IEDC Summit 2026

Vidya's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre (IEDC) framework plays a pivotal role in strengthening the state's startup pipeline, funneling high-potential student ventures into incubators and accelerator.

The 'Aspiring Leader' designation serves as a hallmark of excellence, distinguishing institutions that go beyond the standard curriculum to instill a 'problem-solver' mindset.

Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre (IEDC) at Vidya  was awarded a certificate of appreciation with title "Aspiring Leader" by the Kerala Startup Mission for its outstanding contribution towards building a strong startup ecosystem within the institution.

The accreditation was granted for the period 01 April 2022 to 30 March 2023, acknowledging the activities,

 initiatives, and programs conducted by the IEDC to encourage entrepreneurial thinking and support early-stage startup development within the campus.

Representing the institution with pride, Mr Anil M (IEDC Nodal Officer and Asst Prof- Seln. Grade, ECE Dept) accepted the honor at IEDC Startup Summit 2026 held at Amal Jyothi College of Engineering on 07 March 2026.
