Upholding the great ideals of "Educate, Enlighten", the scholarship endowment distribution function was organized on 13 July 2024 as a stepping stone towards the development and upliftment of the socially and educationally diffident group.The function was attended by the honored luminaries of VICT, and a host of renowned personalities. The presence of scholarship awardees and the endowment prize winners along with their parents added a zest to the function. A total of 113 scholarships and endowments to the newly selected students were distributed during the programme.
The solemn prayer offered by Mr Ganga Chethikattil (Trustee, VICT) set a positive tone that marked the occasion more lively. Mr K P R Vijayan (Author Trustee and EC Member, VICT) presided over the function. Mr V P Nandakumar (Managing Director & CEO, Manappuram Finance Ltd) poised the occasion as Chief Guest with his stimulating words of perceptiveness.Dr Sunitha C (Principal) in her welcome address congratulated the recipients of scholarship and endowments students and also spoke about the social responsibility of the students towards society. Mr K K Thilakan (Executive Committee Member,VICT) introduced the Chief Guest.
