Vidya has taken a significant step towards fostering stronger collaboration between academia and industry. Vidya proudly hosted a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony with Thrissur Management Association (TMA) on 28 January 2026, marking the launch of a strategic partnership designed to enhance professional learning, skill development, and industry exposure for both students and faculty

In alignment with its ongoing initiatives, the Thrissur Management Association (TMA) Student Chapter proudly inaugurated its activities for the academic year 2025-26 on 31 March 2026 at Vidya Academy of Science and Technology (VAST). The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty, and distinguished guests, making it a truly memorable and inspiring occasion.

The programme began with a prayer, setting a positive and inspiring tone, followed by a warm welcome address by Ms. Honey Mol P K (Asst. Prof. - Sr. Grade, ECE Dept.). Dr. Sunitha C (Principal) delivered the presidential address and emphasizied  the importance of student engagement in professional organizations like TMA for holistic growth.

Dr. Nowshaja P T (Director,TMA Student Chapter) provided an insightful briefing on the chapter's vision, objectives, and opportunities for students, highlighting how TMA fosters leadership, communication and professional skills.
