Vidya Ranked 29th in KIRF 2026 Engineering Colleges

Kerala Institutional Ranking Framework (KIRF) evaluates institutions based on five core pillars, each designed to capture both academic rigor and social responsibility.KIRF evaluates higher education institutions through a comprehensive assessment of five core pillars: Teaching, Learning & Resources (TLR), Knowledge Dissemination and Research Excellence (KDRE), Graduation Outcome (GO),Outreach and Inclusivity (OI), and Scientific Temper & Secular Outlook (STSO) combined with Innovation & Entrepreneurship (IE).

It is with an immense sense of honor and pride that the Editorial Team of News & Events announces that Vidya  has secured 29^th rank in the Kerala Institutional Ranking Framework (KIRF) among all engineering colleges in the state. Even more notably, Vidya bagged 16^th position among self-financing engineering colleges in Kerala, solidifying our status as a premier destination for technical education.

Under the guidance of Dr. Sunitha C (Principal), the strategic data management provided by Ms. Siji K B (KIRF Coordinator, Asst. Prof - Seln. Grade, MCA) and Ms. Mini N B (Administrative Associate to the Principal) was instrumental to this success, as they meticulously compiled complex data and ensured strict adherence to all ranking parameters.
